About
AuthorsGTM is built and run by Liat Ben-Zur — an AI strategist and product executive who spent 30+ years turning technology into things people actually use, and who is now a first-time nonfiction author using her own product to launch her own book.
Who's behind this
Liat Ben-Zur spent three decades inside the companies that shaped how billions of people use technology. At Microsoft, as Corporate Vice President, she launched the first commercial GPT-4 product and helped grow a consumer business from $6B to $13B. At Philips, she modernized a legacy portfolio into 30+ connected-health products and built the industry's largest IoT alliance, connecting hundreds of global electronics partners. Earlier in her career she worked at Qualcomm.
Today she runs LBZ Advisory, where she advises boards and CEOs on AI strategy, product-led growth, and AI governance — including board and advisory roles with companies such as Talkspace, Concord Music Group, Amazon, GeneDX, and Syndio. Enterprise World named her Most Influential AI Advisor Driving AI-Powered PLG Strategies in 2025.
Her first book, The Bias Advantage — on why the strengths legacy systems overlooked may be exactly what wins next — releases in August 2026.

Why AuthorsGTM
Writing The Bias Advantage put her on the other side of the table she's spent a career advising from: a first-time nonfiction author staring at the actual mechanics of a book launch — positioning, outreach, review velocity, speaking opportunities — with no team and no software built for the job.
The tools that exist either treat a launch like a checklist or a black box. Neither fit how she thinks about product: generate the draft, keep a human in the approval loop, show the real numbers, and never present a forecast as a fact. So she built the system she needed and is running her own launch on it — the same Command Center, the same Review Goal Calculator, the same daily docket every AuthorsGTM author sees.
The same Command Center every AuthorsGTM author gets is running her own campaign, in the open.
